At Employability, we are excited to announce the pilot launch of our Individual Placement Support for Young people service (IPS-Y) in West Essex, aimed at helping young people experiencing mental health challenges and support them to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.
What we offer:-
- IPS-Y supports reintegration into education, training and employment for those aged 14-18
- Guidance on educational pathways, support with skills building and to gain further support if they are struggling.
- We support young people on a 1-1 basis with supporting individuals to gain paid employment as well as reengaging with vocational and accredited training and apprenticeships, turning passions into career realities
- We offer a range of engaging external activities designed to enhance the physical, mental and emotional well-being of young people. The activities we encourage the young people we support will not only benefit their overall health but also help them to develop soft skills such as communication, teamwork etc. We believe that by building confidence, self-esteem, and resilience, young people are better equipped to face life’s challenges.
