Help with your current job

Welcome to Employ-Ability

Employment Retention Service

We provide an Employment Retention Service to support those in primary and secondary services whose are currently are in work and need support to stay in their workplace or employment due to their mental ill health.

If you are suffering from poor mental health and this is impacting on your current work / employment, Employ-Ability can provide job retention support to help you resolve these problems.

We can support you on issues relating to your job via telephone, face-to-face meetings and with your permission, even with your employer.
