This support is provided by improving access to employment opportunities and employability skills. This is achieved by wrapping around various support helping the client to develop professionally and personally. Focusing on supporting an individual to find and secure meaningful, sustained paid employment as their goal.

This support may also include signposting to education, training and volunteering opportunities to support the individual to develop confidence, skills and gain experience to enable individuals to successfully remain in employment or obtain employment.

Primary Care service offer can accept from GP’s, Job Centres, Primary Care Networks and self-referrals. It also covers those living with physical disabilities.

For clients under secondary mental health services referrals paths include ESTEP, First Response, Crisis, home treatment and Recovery and Wellbeing.
